The hotel offers a beautiful setting and well-kept gardens, making it a pleasure to explore. While the rooms are decent, accessing them with a stroller can be a challenge due to the stairs. The staff is friendly and welcoming, but they do struggle a bit with English. The dining options were satisfactory, though the breakfast could use more variety. Overall, it feels like good value for the environment and amenities provided.
The hotel was a bit far from the central area, which made it difficult to walk around with young kids. However, we managed to switch our room halfway through the stay, and I was really glad about that. The rooms were always clean and a nice size, but I would advise against getting a massage here, as my pregnant wife had a bad experience with it. Overall, the staff was friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated.
